This session applies the cultural dynamics that engender and maintain a scapegoated Other to the situation of Muslims at this historical moment. We will explore the political-economic and psychological factors that contribute to the present circumstances as well as consider what creative responses at both the local and global level would bring about social healing and cultural transformation. |
