| In this workshop, we will learn about and discuss the ways in which members of the gay/lesbian/transgendered community have been culled out of many of the spiritual avenues of society, whether from internal or external reasons, and what we can do to help all members of the human family along the path. Feeling worthy of God’s love can only come after feeling worthy and deserving of love from each other and ourselves. To that end, it is through standing and speaking the truth of our lives – not in confrontation, but in love and respect – that we bear witness to the courage and goodness of who we are. |
