| The goal of our workshop is to help integrative medicine practitioners understand the benefit
of combining Eastern and Western Medicine for treating infertile patients. In order to better
understand why this integration works, we will dispel many of the myths that practitioners hold
regarding the Biology of Reproduction. We will review the world’s literature in the field of
Assisted Reproductive Technologies and Acupuncture and demonstrate convincing data that
holds the promise of modeling how Eastern and Western Integrative Medical Research can be
conducted. We will provide access to protocols proven to improve reproductive outcomes in
IVF patients: increased pregnancies, lowered miscarriage rates, reduction in ectopic
